Baptism & Christenings

These are perfect for the modern family. The small cross brings in the ceremony of baptism/christening, but does not over power the design. The colors can be adjusted.

Winter Wedding - Ribbon and Sparkle... but NO snowflake

Sometimes it is hard to get your winter wonderland theme across without it being too literal with a snowflake. I am super proud of this new design. It portrays winter, it portrays elegance, and it portrays formal affair. I love ribbon here at the Satin Bow so the fun graphic design and the ribbon together makes me extremely happy inside. I am very excited for Vanessa to get her sample in the mail!

Reception Set - Hot Pink Ribbon Twist

To this day I love the ribbon twist!

It let's the bride have the ribbon, and the groom... no bow. Plus it is so elegant :-)

Black and White Affair

Melissa came to us looking for a formal black and white invitation... but her main concern was she did not want the harshness that sometimes comes with black and white. The answer... an elegant pattern that show cases the colors, but keeps it soft and inviting.

Relaxed Beach Wedding

Joan wanted beautiful, but relaxed. Her second wedding will be on the beach with a luncheon to follow. This invitation has the formality needed for a wedding, but without the fuss.

White, Pink & Purple Square Pocketfold

Another fun pocketfold invitation with raspberry layering, deep purple text, custom monogram and ribbon bow.

Tropical Themed Boxed Invitation

TROPICAL THEME... Can you tell!

Megan is having a fun, bright, tropical themed wedding. Her bouquet will be all tropical flowers including Bird of Paradise. Now... many times I will guide the bride to stick to just one or two colors for the invites... but when it comes to bright.. the more, the better! The bright lime green, patterned orange and cherry red really make a statement. The invite will be mailed in a sand colored box finished with a custom label and bright red satin ribbon.

Modern Vintage

To this day it still amazes me how an invite can have such a different feel if you change one color. Caitlin is utilizing three colors on her day... Deep Blue, Deep Purple and Orange... SO FUN! She has a modern style, but her reception hall has vintage chandeliers... so can we say match made in heaven with these invites. Only decision now is if she wants to add the orange pop in the design.

Happy Cinco de Taylor!

I just want to post Happy 1st Birthday to my little girl Taylor. Mommy, Daddy & Mason love you very much. Happy Cinco de Taylor... and ps... you are going to have a great 21st birthday!!!

Royal Baptism

We were so excited when a former bride from 2007 contacted us for baptism invitations for her "Prince William." To keep with the royal them, we used metallic dark navy and pale champagne colors with a rhinestone accent and of course a royal crown. God Bless their Little Prince William!

Pocket Fold with Pattern and Rhinestone Buckle

The more layers, the more fun... at least I think so! This invite in person is to die for. The pictures do not do it justice. The rich layering of silk patterned metallic paper and shimmer champagne and ivory pop off of the metallic brown 5x7 pocket fold. And if the papers are not enough... everything is completed with satin brown ribbon and a rhinestone buckle. Very excited for Antonietta to get her final sample!

1st Communion, Baptism & More....

So... below are a bunch of other items we have been working on. I just love First Communion Season, it makes me think of Easter and Family! Also, on a personal note we have had a lot of babies come into our world. It is very fun to create announcements and baptism invitations for the ones you love.

Tropical Destination Wedding... Reception Later

It is always fun when a couple needs a few different options. This bride and groom are getting married in Jamaica, but having the big party in the States. So we created two of the same Save the Date, but just did difference colors/patterns to capture the ambiance for each event. The save the date for the destination wedding will also include an rsvp card. This will allow them to narrow down who will receive the invitation package with all the travel information. Sorry about the Picture! Uses the closest table I could find at the time... which was my son's Lego table! Got to love that!

Casino Night - Sweet 16

Casino Night!
For Kacie's Sweet 16 we created a sophisticated, but fun and themed invitation. We actually did different layering based on the guest. The boys received the black/red/silver, the adults received the silver/red/metallic white and the girls received the silver/black/metallic white with three Swarovski crystal rhinestone accents on the crown.

Champagne and Cream it is!

So Kristen picked her design... Champagne and cream! Here is a quick sample set for her church and reception stationery. It is just some ideas so we might have some tweaking to do. I also just finished up my patterned blue reception stationery designs. I will post them tomorrow!

Feet Baby Shower Invite

This shower invite is still one of my favorites!
It can be made in any color combination.
Congraulations Dana!
We can not wait to see pictures of your little one!

Save the Dates

This is a recent sample order all the way from Alaska!
The bride's colors are cream, white, silver and gold. For the layered flip save the date we focused in on silver metallic with linen white paper and a fun white bow. For the 4x5 pocket fold save the date we used a darker metallic silver pocket with a champagne metallic border and linen cream for the text. I will keep you posted on which one she chooses...

Formal Black Tie

Kristen is such a sweetie! She totally has the same style as me and we were able to tweak a design that was already on the site. To make it more formal, we added a more elaborate rhinestone buckle and an additional layer. Her colors are black, gold and cream. Since she was not sure what color combination she wanted to focus in on for her invitations, we created two different versions. The first is the traditional shimmer black and metallic cream with a black satin ribbon. The second is layered in metallic champagne and metallic cream with a cream satin ribbon. Both really make a statement since they are not only beautiful, but also 7x7 in size. Any guest would be excited to open this invitation! At least I would be!

Vintage Scroll Black Tie

This quadruple layered invitation with thick satin ribbon dresses up the traditional 5x7 invitation. The metallic cream and sparkle black paper set the tone for this black tie affair. The thick satin ribbon wraps around the back to provide the perfect place for your response, reception and direction cards. This design would be perfect in any color combination and with endless scrolls or images.
